Many people are
reluctant to try a Martial Arts Class. Images of
Jackie
Chan in a choreographed fight scene often come to mind.
You're
thinking "I couldn't do that....I don't even WANT to do that!"
But
then, for the sake of your family, you think, "I really should be
doing SOMETHING".
Well, we have the class for you. It's
an easy start excercise program that starts with one half hour class
a week, and some take-home excercises, (nothing drastic) to keep you
moving until the following week.
It will give you a more REALISTIC
idea of what martial arts training at our school is about.
